What is the maximum guest capacity?
Ramble On Inn comfortably accommodates up to 300 guests across the full grounds.
Can we bring our own caterer?
Yes — we welcome outside caterers and have a prep kitchen available for their use. We can also recommend local favorites.
Is the venue available year-round?
We operate April through November, when the Catskills are at their most beautiful.
Are pets allowed?
Well-behaved leashed pets are welcome on the grounds. Please let us know in advance if you plan to bring animals.
Is there a noise curfew?
Music and amplified sound must wrap up by 10pm out of respect for the surrounding area.
What happens in case of rain?
There is plenty of coverage with existing structures. In addition, you may choose to rent a tent for your event as a precaution. We can connect you with local tent rental vendors who know the property well.
Does the bandstand have electrical outlets?
Yes, there are two outlets with plenty of juice available on the bandstand itself.
